Opt-in Notice: By submitting a booking request, you agree to opt-in to receive text message and email updates from Yeldell Family Cleaners regarding your appointment. You can opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages. We respect your privacy and will only use your contact information for appointment-related communications.

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the service is due as a deposit to book your appointment. We at Yeldell Cleaners understand that schedules change and emergencies happen, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, any bookings canceled & not rescheduled by the client within 24 hours of the service appointment will loose their deposit or incur a $50 cancellation fee, whichever is greater. By booking with Yeldell Cleaners, you agree to this policy and authorize the fee to be charged to your payment method on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Yeldell Family Cleaners. Failure to make payment on the day of service will result in a late fee of $25 per day until payment is received. By booking with Yeldell Family Cleaners, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all fees must be settled promptly.

Non-Circumvention: Service Providers are contracted through Yeldell Cleaners are are under a non-circumvention, non-compete agreement. Whereas no service provider may solicit their services directly to any client and vice versa. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of any working relationship of both the service provider and the client solicited. If a client is able to provide evidence of a provider attempting to solicit services in violation of this term, that client is entitled to $50 credit towards their next cleaning service with us.
